Jared Padalecki has just announced a new campaign to celebrate the one year anniversary of the #AlwaysKeepFighting campaign which we wrote about last year.
Taking to Facebook in a very candid video Jared explained how this year had been both the best year and the worst year of his life. He told how he realised that to be able to keep fighting for himself and for others, he had to learn to love himself.
In the video he explains how learning to love himself inspired the new campaign and how he wanted others to learn to do the same.

Jared has launched a really cool hoodie for the campaign which features the mantra “Love yourself first”, and “Always keep fighting” in smaller text. The hoodie can be ordered in a variety of sizes and colours.

Promoting self love is vital in the fight against mental health problems, so I want to encourage y’all to focus on loving yourselves first… each and every one of you is worthy.
A portion of all proceeds raised from the sale of the hoodies will go to the PACK Fund and The SPNFamily Crisis Support Network.
